Ice cream maestro Seb Cole of Boho Gelato is teaming up with our very own Head Chef, Ian Aungier for a creative frozen supper. Seb is a well-known face on the Sussex food scene having opened up his own ice cream store in Pool Valley back in 2010. He has a passion for using local producers and suppliers wherever possible. Much like Ian.

This event is part of our Meanwhile Mondays series in partnership with Bite Sussex.
