For the next event in our Meanwhile Mondays calendar, we are welcoming Maria Chilton & Jimmy Gray from Angelica Food into our kitchen.

Following a collective 25 years working at the pinnacle of the fine dining scene in Sussex – and 18 months in top kitchens in Asia and Australia exploring fusion dishes and techniques, Angelica Food launched in autumn 2021 to provide private dining and events catering to clients in South East England and London.

The team work alongside farmers and fishers from Sussex and Kent so that locality and seasonality is at the heart of everything they do.

With the pressure on domestic budgets at the moment, each of the pop-up events will be priced at just £35 per person, with organic and natural wines and beers available to buy by the glass from Meanwhile’s drinks list.
